Our Team

Our experienced team of practitioners provide a highly relevant curriculum, which places an emphasis on young peoples’ attitudes and behaviours so that they leave focused, positive and ready to engage with their learning, personal develipment and career goals. We deliver tangible results in the short and longer term.

Director, Simon Piper-Masha, founded SPM Development Services in 2013, with the aim to provide alternative provision, tuition, homeschooling and outreach services. We work with children whose needs cannot be met in mainstream school. We also work within school, typically SEND students but also on intervention programs with students not achieving their potential. SPM Development Services is made up of experienced teachers and managers with considerable SEND, teaching, outreach and mentoring experience and people skills.
The desire of the team is to improve educational standards for all and to help bring learning “to life” in all subject areas and ensure all can access the curriculum.

SPM Development Services has a vision for all young people to be given the chance to recognise their strengths and  fulfil their potential, irrespective of their backgrounds; their current circumstances; their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristic.
