How We Work

The content of all SPM Development Services programmes are developed in partnership with the client. The delivery of each programme is supported through a partnership working between our staff and the commissioning service.
We adopt a tried and tested multi-agency approach to our work, drawing together expertise from professionals such as:
  • Educational psychologists
  • Behaviour support teams
  • Emotional health and wellbeing consultants
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAHMS)
teams Our programmes can support and strengthen good educational practice, as well as support and complement the work that schools are already undertaking to address poor behaviour and low or no educational attainment.
