Director Simon Piper-Masha, a qualified teacher with over 20 years of experience, founded SPM Development Services in 2013 with the vision of providing alternative provision, tuition, homeschooling, and outreach services. His aim was to cater to the needs of children who require specialised support not available in mainstream school settings.
Besides his administrative and leadership roles, Simon actively engages in tutoring across a broad range of subjects, provides mentoring to students, and fulfils the crucial role of Safeguarding Officer, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
